Handled Wood Comb
The Handled Wood Hair Comb is carved by Northwest wood artist Dale Randles from a single piece of Mexican Cocobolo, thought by many to be the world's most beautiful hardwood. The wood's contrasting black and cordovan bands are enhanced by the comb's wave-like form, with its ergonomic handle flaring into the body of the comb. The narrow neck is made possible by the insertion of a steel reinforcing rod. Each of its tapering, wide-spaced teeth is painstakingly sanded so smooth that the comb will glide through even the thickest hair without snags or static.
